Cryotherapy
Whole body cryotherapy is a wellness treatment where the entire body (except the head) is briefly exposed to extremely cold air, typically ranging from -110 degrees C – -150 degrees C for 3 minutes inside a specially designed chamber. The intense cold triggers the body’s natural survival mechanisms, causing vasoconstriction (narrowing of blood vessels) and redirecting blood flow to the core to protect vital organs. When the session ends and the body rewarms, blood vessels dilate again, allowing oxygen and nutrient-rich blood to return to the muscles, skin, and joints.
