Where is the Simply Wellness clinic?

The clinic is easily accessible from the M25, A12 to Chelmsford. Alternatively by public transport Chelmsford would be the closest station followed by a short taxi journey.”
What are your opening hours?
We are Open six days a week by appointment only offering daytimes, evenings and weekends excluding Sundays.
Can I get to the Simply Wellness clinic via public transport?
Catch the train to Chelmsford train station followed by a 1 minute walk to Chelmsford bus station. Catch the X71 towards Colchester Osborne St and disembark at Chelmer Village Way. It is then a 9 min walk to Montrose Road.
How do I book a treatment?
You can book treatments online, via phone call or message us via the contact us page.
Can I speak to someone before booking a treatment?
Yes of course. As our treatments are bespoke to you, if you would like to contact us before booking either fill out the contact us form and we can call you back or give us a call.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are early we have a seating area where you can wait and enjoy our complimentary refreshments. If you are running late for your appointment please let us know. If you are more than 15 mins late for your appointment we may need to reschedule.
Do you take a deposit when I book?
Yes, we do take a small fee to protect against no shows and last-minute cancellations in line with our terms & conditions and cancellation policy. If you are having trouble with the deposit, give us a call and we can book you through our system.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes we offer payment plans for purchases over £500. Please contact the clinic for more information.

We often run special offers on our treatments – keep an eye on our offers page social media or sign up to our newsletter to ensure you don’t miss out.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask you to give us 48 hours notice of any cancellations or changes you wish to make to your appointment. Please read our cancellation policy in full on our terms and conditions page.
What happens if you need to cancel my treatment?
We rarely cancel appointments. If one of our therapists is unwell we will in first instance offer you an appointment with another therapist, if we cant do this at the same time, we will arrange a mutually convenient time to rebook.
Is there anything I need to complete before my treatment?
Prior to your appointment we will send you a questionaire relevant to the treatment you are booking to ensure you can safely be treated. You will also need to sign a consent form before the treatment is carried out.
